”O hotel é simples e não tem portaria 24 h, somente em alguma parte do dia. A localização é otima, o quarto é bom, limpo, e o café da manhã é bom. A única dificuldade foi o controle da porta de ingresso, que não tinha teclas muito práticas (pequenas e algumas confusas). Deveriam atualizar isto. A recepcionista que nos recebeu não foi muito simpática, enquanto a que serviu o café foi extremamente simpática e gentil. No geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem em Trapani.”

”I visited Trapani with my boyfriend at the end of February and I have to say that staying at La Gancia was a vey nice experience, the lady working there was very nice and she spoke English well and she helped us a lot with finding places and with the taxi and car rental.
