”Great breakfast and hot tub”

”Really clean and nice hotel. Location was just perfect. Beds were very good and the room was spacey. There was not normal buffet breakfast option at all, just different, quite expensive dishes, available. The hotel supposed to be a inviroment friendly, but you can’t use stairs to go to the floors?? ”

”The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. When we arrived it was closed & we were told it would be closed all weekend but was open around 9 at...

”Shower did not work. Shower drain flooded bathroom floor. Sink didn’t drain, and room not made up or towels refreshed as they were used to mop up the flooded floor. Not exactly Hilton Honors standards.”

”Complimentary coffee was not offered in the morning. A definite no no”

”The room was very clean and the breakfast had varied choices”

”Great”

”The painters were in the hallway at night. No “wet paint “ signs were up. There was not a closet in our room. No where to hang clothes.”

”Its not oceanside. All the photos are touched up. Much older than what photos show. Hot tub and pool are nice, we used them every day. Hot breakfast buffet was okay. Room itself was updated. Staff was nice. Best Western website say $30/ per pet/ stay. Its a franchise and they charge $30/night....overall its okay for business travelers but not nice enough for a vacation”
