Red Roof Inn – Gibson Island, Pasadena

”The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work”

”Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.”

”I am handicapped and requested a handicap room and they didn't give me one. They told me we're going to upgrade you to two queens instead which is no upgrade at all”
