”The room was very nice and the staff. No complaints. We told the front desk staff at check out that the heat did not come on and she apologized and offered us breakfast but we didn’t take it. Still it was really great there. I will go there again. Also everything was convenient. Walking distance for the mall and restaurants.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
