”I was please with the rooms and interior of the rooms, bathroom needed their toilet seats change they were old and stained which changed the vibe for me. I also notice if I was out when they came to clean the room they only made the bed, never replaced towels or toilet paper nor did they clean the sinks or showers. When I was in the room they asked me if I wanted that service I answered yes every time I got a cleaned room and replacement of towels, toilet paper, and floor were swept and washed....

”This place is extremely run down and dirty. There were stains on the walls, sheets, and floors. The pictures looked like it was newly renovated. DON’T BE FOOLED. After we checked in and saw the room, we immediately left and booked a room elsewhere. I could not even imagine getting into the bed. I did not make a refundable reservation. So, I ended up wasting the money for the room. But it was worth the extra expense to not have to stay in such a seedy, disgusting, room.”

”I checked in, went to the room and was appalled at the mold and terrible condition of everything in the room. I headed downstairs and canceled my reservation. I will never book this place again. While waiting to checkout , I talked with 2 other families checking out for the same reason. ”

”The woman who check us in was the high point. She was awesome. However, we didn’t feel safe, the rooms were dated and dirty. I was up most of the night checking on my vehicle and felt like I had to put a chair in front of the door for safety. ”

”Only needed the room for a friend coming in town for birthday celebration and she was barely in the room but just to sleep. Location was okay, ppl hanging out by the stairs, elevator works but make creepy sounds, room was okay, it was clean and nice, the room door had a big gap at the top so you can see out/over the top of the door, some rooms are smoking. $30-$50 deposit, $25 early check in fee before 4, $200 deposit if you using choice points, which is ridiculous! It's not worth it AT ALL!...

”When we first got there we overhead other guest talking about how their room had blood all over, when we got ro our room we thought it was clean until we went to bed then we found note saying that the beds where not charged. We when to the front deskto tell them where they got super defensive and told my husband that he should call the cops. All we wanted was new sheets. ”I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
