”Almost everything was perfect. It was clean, quiet and friendly. The main problem was I had reserved a handicap room with 2 queen beds and it was not available. My son is in a wheelchair and the regular room with 2 queen beds does not give enough room between the bed and wall to access the bathroom. We ended up settling with a 1 queen bed and pull out couch. ”Hotel was nice and organized but bathroom had a very bad/odd smell that I couldn’t figure out what it was from. I got in late and was leaving early so I just shut the door and dealt with it.”

”When I first walked in everything was fine. The first night slept ok came back the second night around 11:20pm and found a bed bug on the pillow. ”The room and hotel are clean and a good size. Pool and hot tub is a decent size. A downside is that you have to pay for the breakfast, but it is a good breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff. At times they do not have staff at the front desk, which makes asking for items and checking in/out difficult. There is a fenced in parking lot with a gate so your vehicle is safe overnight.”

”We requested one of the beds to be remade due to the sheets not looking clean, which they immediately did. The door lock was messed up, I couldn’t set the dead bolt unless I adjusted the lock cassette. ”
