”The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

”Parking great, the air conditioner turned on when it wanted to. The tub was dirty so I didn't use it, I went to a friend's house, it was hair in the bathroom the floor looked like the trash was swept into the corners. And I was forced to use my debit card my whole trip because the receptionist did something with my card to where the credit card company restricted my card and requested I send in my i.d and a utility bill and it would be reviewed for 7 days. Just messed me up totally.”

”Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”

”Room clean, powerfully clean in fact. Whatever they mop with takes a bit to get used too. You get 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 bars of mini soap. I usually don’t care for short stays, I use what the hotel provides, but they don’t provide shampoo or lotion. No facial tissues either. It’s off the highway and parking right in front of your room. Area is sketchy. 1st night there the local strippers must have had a party room there. Woke up at 3am to shouting, slamming doors, music and more bs. Other...

”The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!”

”I didn’t like that when I needed extra linen that I had to go down to get it myself. Privacy is nice and I didn’t want to have to leave my room unless necessary.”
