”We stayed overnight for my husband’s birthday. Spa treatments were great for each of us and we made use of the pool and jacuzzi for an extra charge. The meal in the Blok was exquisite!! ”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...

”We had a lovely couple of nights at the Bear Hotel. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Only very slight negative on room, was that on our first night, we could only get luke-warm water from the shower. Ate in the restaurant and meal was good quality overall. Service in restaurant was a little slow and lacking some attention to detail but pleasant all the same. Will happily return to stay here again, and plan to do so.”
