”Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! ”

”Hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaikkea. Aamiainen valitettavan huonosti hoidettu , piti olla 7-10, mutta klo 9:15 oli jo paljon tarjottavia loppunut ja klo 9:45 alkoivat jo tyhjentämään pöytää. Säälitti perhe joka tuli klo 9:50, saivat kaapastua rippeistä jotain, heidän ilmeet olivat aika kauhistuneet. Henkilökunta aamiaisella koppavaa ja tylyä, vaikka muuten hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.”

”We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

”A really nice and trendy hotel. Enjoyed the large bathroom. Only thing I didn't like were the fluffy pillows. The bed had several pillows, but not variety in softness.

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel.
As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”The location was amazing. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed the kitchen as Lucern dining is very expensive. The Coop Grocery store around the corner made making our own breakfasts very easy to save us some money on our travels.
This place is also only a 10-15 walk from the train station.

"Oikein hyvä paikka parin päivän oleskeluun. Erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen palvelu.Huoneessa ei yhtään mitään ylimääräistä kuten kaappeja ja laskutilaa mutta hyvä sänky ja oma suihku ja wc. Uutta, modernia ja siistiä. Melko lähellä rautatieasemaa ja Vanhaa kaupunkia. Hyvät bussiyhteydet."

"We had a private room with double bed. There was not much room to move around in the room, but we knew that since it is an old prison cell. Friendly staff. A fan in the room helped with the heat. We had our window open too, but that let in the noise from the people talking loud in the garden area at night. (Maybe a sign out there that mentions quite time at night?) The location is good and otherwise calm. No common kitchen area, but they let us store our few food items in the staff fridge."
