”Poor customer service”

”Should put the cabin number on the itinerary and the lock should have at least a 30 second delay. You could easily lock yourself out and if you don’t memorize the code or if you leave your phone inside the cabin you could be locked out with no way to contact anybody. Other than that, everything was great.”

”Value for money. Accommodating staff. Good food and ample parking space. Accessible to Trail Ridge/RMNP.”

”The location and cabin are great. Major complaint is the air conditioner unit was very loud and came on and kept us up all night-”

”Just right outside from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. I mainly chose this one because of that. Our timed entry is 5-7am and I wanted to make sure we get in there quick… it’s like just a minute drive and we’re there at the entrance!”

”Needs remodeling and upgrades”

”The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”

”Quiet and nice hotel. Water and coffee in the lobby was awesome. Gym is not well equipped with many weights. Great location. S’mores and fires were nice too.”

”We didn’t have the breakfast. Hubby likes to experience local restaurants. The room was clean but could use some cosmetic touch ups.”

”the hotel is being completely remodeled and when it's finished it will be really nice. as of now, it's still under construction and our room needed a few things corrected, and the site felt like a construction site and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. i think the owners should have waited until the entire project is 100% completed before opening. the room was nice though and the bed, linens and pillows were very nice.”

”The Outpost looks to be recently remodeled- very cute mid century modern style to the room. Our room did not have any hangers which was a bummer since we couldn’t hang our clothes. Otherwise overall a pretty great place!”

”I loved this property. There was a few things that I didn't like. The pull out bed in the living room is broken. There are zip ties tolding things together. Then the bunk beds down stairs are not safe. The top bunk needs to be braced properly. It is not sturdy enough for anyone of any size. Then there was a tv down stairs but it didn't work. It would only play DVDs.”
