Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. Traices of water damage on bathroom ceiling - mold smelled strongly. Pool area was closed. People smoked marohuana on parking lot. Dont recommend ...

Building was being worked on so there were some inconviences but room was very nice and efficient. Good location. Not far from Ohio Northern University where we had various events to attend over the weekend. Had issues with billing but I think that was more of a hotels.com issue. Staff were pleasant. ...
