”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

”Very lovely building in a beautiful area of Glasgow. Quite a walk to shops/ restaurants etc. our room was beautifully furnished and huge, with a palatial bathroom! We didn’t have dinner, but breakfast was very underwhelming. A dark room with no atmosphere, everyone whispering. We didn’t want anything hot, so chose continental. The buffet was practically bare even though there was 30mins of service to go. Small slices of thin rubbery cheese, piled with meat slices so not ideal for vegetarians....

”Very courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities and the area of the hotel was very convenient to just about anywhere we needed to go. If we're ever back in Glasgow we'll definitely be staying here again! Also, the breakfast was really good and the buffet food was replenished frequently so even if you show up late you're not risking missing out. Definitely recommend adding the option for the breakfast, definitely worth the extra fee. ”

”I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . ”

”Stay was fine here. Hotel could do with a lick of paint and some modernising of the furniture. Positives: shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of carparking. Negatives: bit dated. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so not amazing. It's a bit of a way out from anything, we caught the train into Glasgow town centre, about 15 minute walk to station. All in all, stay wasn't bad. It was OK. ”

”Hotel is placed in a nice outgoing neighbourhood. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Hotel interior needs an update pretty soon tho. If you want to sleep in peace and quiet, this probably isn't your place, but otherwise for party people this goes very well, as there are bars and a night clubs actually in the very hotel, but in the surrounding areas.”
