”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

”This hotel was not flexible with accommodating early check in. Our room was unavailable for early check in because it was a limited space. We emailed the facility before travelling to check if early check in was available to which we were told to ask on property. When on property, we were told our room was limited and we could not switch because it was fully booked. We wish this was told over email - as we were willing to pay for early check in. Other guests were given the option for early check...

”Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good.”

”Room was small and basic but clean and had a little kettle etc to let you make a cuppa in your room. The food was great we had a meal in the evening and breakfast in morning both very good. Staff welcoming. Plenty parking.”

”Room was clean and breakfast was good. Rooms are very spacious, and decor is amazing. Staff is super helpful and friendly. But, hotel is very noisy. Make sure you don’t get room 15 unless you are deaf and/or sleep like a rock. It is directly over the party room and reception, and there is also an almost constant thumping in the walls all night (pipes?). Then, in the morning the music at reception will wake you up.
