”The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. ”La chambre était minuscule, ils placent deux lits doubles dans une chambre qui est fait pour en contenir un seul. C'est à peine si on peut circuler entre les deux lits et ceux ci sont collé aux murs de chaque cotés. La literie est minimaliste et en mauvais état (brulure de cigarette même si c'est une chambre non fumeur). Il y avait du pop corn sous le lit et au coin du matelas. ”We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

”We had a poor experience at this location. One of the only reasons we booked here was for the pool and when we went to use it was closed due to what we were told was a broken filter. The room was nice but did not have some of the amenities we expected such as an extra blanket with the sleeper sofa, there were only sheets. There was no lotion which I had planned to use after a rushed packing situation and the towels had an off smell to them. Also the microwave was very load for some reason...
