”Book for double twin. Was told since we checked in later in the night the room was given away. Room smelled moldy and the gap in the door at the bottom was at least 1/2 inch. Big enough for any bugs or small vermin to get through. Would not stay there again. Checked out as soon as I woke up and showered.”

”Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist at the desk. She was extremely friendly. And I thought this is gonna be a wonderful experience. I rode the elevator up to the third floor to my room. I entered the room and my room immediately smelled like smoke. I did pay for a non-smoking room. I noticed missing spackle on the wall, a stain that looked like Kool-Aid on the carpet and the hairdryer was hanging off of the wall. The cord to the cable box was also hanging out of the cable box...

”The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. We stay here for every visit to CT with our family.”

”The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

”Room air conditioning was already on when we checked in. Room was very nice and clean.”

”This hotel is perfect for a horror movie. The disgusting patched holes, or holes that weren't patched. The soggy carpet. The smell of death. The broken handles that lock you in the room. The generations of bugs that live there. The broken down, faded, chipped furniture. Yes, feel like I'm lucky to have escaped with my life.”

”This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

”The 'breakfast included" was a few slices of bread, pre-packaged coffee cake, cereal and milk and OJ. I was nervous about trying the milk and OJ after seeing the setup.”

”I booked this location with the impression that the amenities will be available and it wasn't. Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus,especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space. The rooms smelled...
