”I reserved a room for 4 adults & 2 kids, and was given a 1 King Size bed room with a small sleepr sofa that would only fit 2 kids. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, I was told that that's all they had. Our room only had towels for 3 people, and no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The pool was closed for renovation, so it was unusable. When I checked in, I was told Breakfast was served from 7 - 10 A.M. on the weekends, which is the standard practice for this hotel. ”Staff was nice but the room was not as clean carpet was nasty with old stains bathroom has some mold on shower and i didn’t have trash can in room no tv remote the hair dryer was not working the door was jammed from the lower corner as if someone was trying to break in the room. Elevator lights for the floor numbers was hanging out such a electrical issue and dangerous.”
