”The property had a very strong cat box odor . After 2 days we could no longer tolerate the smell. We had to vacate the property 4 days early. We notified the property manager that we had to cut our stay short and requested a refund for unused nights. We have not heard anything back.”

”We booked this property at the last minute for Valentine's Day. The unit was just as advertised. Plenty of amenities and very clean. The location was perfect for walking into town to go to the shops/restaurants. Check in was easy. Host was very communitive. Will plan on going back during the summer. ”

”This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

”The property was where I needed it to be. It looked fantastic on the listing, but it did not present as was shown. I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. It would have been nice to have a toaster, I think that the ability to make a basic breakfast is something a host should anticipate. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote...

”Place was very clean and beds super comfortable. I would suggest to stock plates and provide wash clothes. Other than that, great place to experience Baltimore. ”
