”Was not cleaned before we got there. Linens and towels were still on floor from checkout process from the people before us. A huge dead cockroach was on the floor and the trash was all tore up in the backyard. We had to sleep on beds that weren’t made and I can only assume the linens were dirty bc they were still on floor when we showed up which is what checkout process instructions were. No one got this place ready for us and I won’t be coming back.”
