”I visited the area the week of June 7th and the hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. From arrival time the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and very accommodating. We were there for the OWA water park and the hotel was walking distance with all the shops and attractions along the walk. ”Honestly that stay was pretty solid. My big gripe is that we arrived at 3:50 10 minutes before checkout and we called before we got there and asked if we could check in when we got there. They said yes, but when we got there the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait till 4:25 to check in because that’s when the room was done cleaning. Just a major inconvenience when we had to get ready to be somewhere in an hour. Plus we payed a pretty penny to be there so it was upsetting. The room though was...

”The check in process was quick and the front desk clerk was pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave in a room is always a bonus. Overall our stay was peaceful and convenient to all nearby shops.”

”The sheets were questionable, stained. everything looked and/or was dirty. Basic things hadn’t even been wiped down. I lysoled the whole room. Breakfast was puny. Guests were loud. Will not return.”

”Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable.”

”The staff was nice except on the last night of our 7 day stay we ask for a roll of toilet tissue which we never received. The rooms were clean. The only problem We had were the quests above. They were very noisy from around 6:30 in the am until around 4:00 am at night. They were constantly running, jumping, slamming doors etc. The only quiet time was the few hours when they left during the day. This happened every day we were there.Other than that the Hotel was great.”
