”The property was very nice and clean! All of the Staff was so nice, helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely book again! Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. I left my ring and the housekeeping kept it until I came back! The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit area was great for sitting and relaxing!”

”Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.”

”Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.”

”Black mold in shower they fixed right away breakfast area congested not enough garbage cans, food limited some days pool pump not working bedding - they use bedsheets as a blanket very odd.”

”Friendly staff! I have stayed here 3x in 2026 so far and plan to stay again in a few months. Super convenient to Coastlands Coffee Shop (my favorite). Nearby shopping and restaurants. About 20min drive to Orange Beach / Gulf Shores. Clean friendly community!”

”Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay”

”Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient.”

”The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally...

”We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family”
