”This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel...

”Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful, and both the gym and the pool were fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about my stay—it was simply outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

”Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.”

”Room 108, well appointed room, just without window view. Instant shower is hot, bed is comfortable. Good stay for overnight a few restaurants nearby with a 7-11. Not forgetting it has automated self service check in and check out without permanently manned front desk”

”Book for two nights , property very run down . Request for non-smoking room but is smoking room . Check out the next day and request for refund for one nite . But expedia unable to contact the hotel . Very dissappointed. ”

”We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”

”The room was super dirty and had plumbing issue. We changed the room yet the other room was dirty. Bed was fully of stains and ants ”

”Clean room,comfortable bed, daily water bottles provided,and friendly staff . But the Hotel is weak WiFi Signal inside the room,have to go out in the Lobby to connect to WiFi.It’s not convenient for business trip.”
