”My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food. ”

”I love the bed and the pillows. So comfortable and clean. But the hotel has no elevators. I had a heavy luggage and it’s a bit challenging to climb up to 3rd floor. The breakfast (kaya butter toast and soft boiled eggs) was good but not the coffee and tea (bland). The staff were excellent.”

”All good, no complaints”
