”It’s a pretty nice layout property. ”

”Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days...

”Hotel is just next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon theme park, but there is nothing else in the neighborhood. Buffet style breakfast had excellent variety all kind of food and staff were nice. Hotel is pretty new and everything feel like that. I would not choose this hotel/area without plans to visit Sunway Lagoon, but if you are going to visit then this hotel is good choise.”

”Spacious and clean room. I’d stay here again.”

”Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.”

”Definitely for no-fuss traveler. The staff were wonderful!”

”We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”

”What an excellent choice of location to base ourselves in KL. Far enough from the city centre to be able to enjoy the calm serenity of the surrounding nature during early mornings yet close enough to jump in a taxi to the Petronas Towers for example. Transport is very easy, airport taxi initially then the Grab app thereafter, simple. The hotel provides a pleasant balance between business elegance whilst at the same time catering for visitors and families. We stayed in a Villa which is probably...

”GG hotel is good. They just really need to better their communication style( heavy on this)and maintenance as well. They also need to provide mini Fridges at least for food storage and maybe up the price a bit or even some cutlery and tea//coffee mugs for morning use.”

”The room I got wasn't as new as the listing images which is to be expected. However, there was a huge patch of black mold on the ceiling. Additionally there was a cockroach in my room... The staff was hospitable and helping but not fluent in English or Chinese unfortunately.”
