”After staying in multiple properties across the South Island of New Zealand, including multiple hotel stays in Queenstown, this place is most definitely not a 5-star worthy hotel, 3 stars at best. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, and we were always met with a smile on the face. With that being said, the place is an essentially a refurbished ‘boutique’ apartment (literally, though).
