We love the Queensbury....we stay there every time we go to the Saratoga/Glens Falls area. The staff is great, the food is delicious and the hotel is gorgeous!

We had to wait a hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is the check in time. The treehouse in the waterpark was broken down. The grill in the water park did not have any of the menu items I tried to order. The bathrooms in the lobby and the waterpark were dirty. Our room smelled ...
