”The hotel is okay. It’s dated and I don’t mind that but it shouldn’t show on the floors and walls. The blackout curtains don’t work if the window can peak around them. The noise from the other guest/dogs made the night time bad.”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”This is a contemporary “hip” hotel. The lobby has a bar and lots of seating, a fireplace and pool table. Contemporary furniture throughout. Snacks, drinks and breakfast are in the open space of the lobby. This is not a quiet hotel. Music plays 24/7 in the lobby. In the evenings it is quite loud. Think disco night. If this is not your vibe I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This hotel is across the street from Lavin Pavilion of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a variety of restaurants...

”Expedía completely dropped the ball and ruined our 10 year anniversary. I had to have them change the dates which I have confirmation number and everything. When we got to the hotel they said they didn’t have vacancy. I call another agent who just flat out lied that he called the front desk bc I was standing at the front desk and when I tried to get home to talk to the hotel agent he just hung up on me. We had to book a completely different hotel. Lost our business.”
