”Two of the towels were not cleaned and still hanging behind the bathroom door. Some of the towels had stains on them. The property was ok but not super clean. It was just for one night so we were fine with it otherwise would not recommend staying in it for multiple days. The sofa bed was quite old. Definitely not worth $200+ per night.”

”What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location.”

”I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

”Easy check in, cool spot. It's a very humid place in a thick rainforest, so there are some obvious drawbacks. The hot tub was nice and the area was really cool though, we had a good stay. ”

”We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.”
