Rooms were not clean and staff wasn't accommodating. Also I'm not happy with expedia's customer service as I would like to talk to a human and not a AI bot to resolve my issues.

I enjoyed my stay. A bit of road noise, but faded as it got darker. The ONLY issue i had was the tv remote. Im visually impaired. The remote has no back light. Small issue, for sure. The rest of my time there was very enjoyable. Everyone was very nice, room quite clean, good parking. Would def. Stay ...
