”Las habitaciones tenian un mal olor, cuando hice la reservacion nunca hablaron de un deposito y al llegar y hacer check in me pidieron deposito de $120 dólares ”

”We had two rooms under two names. But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names We almost ”

”Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who...

”Great stay! I stayed multiple dates over several weeks due to work training. Great to have a restaurant/bar in the building. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms very clean and updated. Only issue was dealing with the in room coffee makers. It was nice to have an expresso machine in the room but function of the machine varied.”

”The room was clean. However the walls are thin. The people in the adjescent rooms could be heard walking (above) or talking next door. The beds are incredibly comfortable which makes for a decent night sleep minus hearing everything going on in rooms next to you or above you. The fridge in thr room was loud while on so it needed to be turned off throughout the night. Few amenities. Breakfast (not free) was bare minimum. ”

”The pool was cold as it took a while to heat up after they said it was fixed the week before. We also asked to get our sheets changed and didnt look like they did it. Also had to ask for toilet paper since they didnt leave any. Not great stay”

”During my check in process the front desk attendant was on ft with speaker phone on having a full blown conversation about n another language and didn’t stop her conversation to check me in, during the check in process she told me an amt to be held on my credit card but the when I went to approve the transaction it was a different amt ( it was less than what she told me so I’d didn’t even bother to interrupt her convo to tell her). My room was good loved the size how ever the toilet kept making...

”It was a good stay for the night with my family of 6. The sink was a little clogged, the water was going down very slow but other than that everything else was good. I would stay again with my family.”
