Spacious and modern our 3 bedroom house in Innsworth offers clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location. There is plenty if free parking and full Wifi throughout.

Just off the A40 between Cheltenham and Gloucester and close to Imjin Barracks, makes this is great place for working teams as well as leisure guests looking to visit the City of Gloucester with its vibrant waterside or Cheltenham with its Cotswold charm and elegant architecture.

From the front door you access the light and airy lounge with 2 large comfy sofas, co ordinated soft furnishings and a TV with streaming services.

Through the lounge is the kitchen diner with modern appliances, a 4 ring gas hob, double oven, washing machine and dish washer. There is a fridge freezer and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans needed to enjoy cooking dinner in this great social space.

Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms set up as follows:
Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds with ensuite shower room
Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds
All the bedrooms have clothes racks

There is also a family bathroom with bath and hand shower. There is a walk in shower in the ensuite.

There is a good sized rear garden with side access with a seating area and BBQ.

Parking is in front of the garage and there is plenty of road parking.

Guests have access to the whole property.
