”Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres...

”Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

”This place was fine for wha we paid, honestly it was quick stop and we wanted a pool but it was not really in the best area if you want to venture out. ”

”No water pressure when arrived which was fixed great third day. Pool is amazing. Room had bugs but was sprayed day two which helped. Love the view. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure.”

”The hotel is next to busiest road in San Miguel and next to bars/restaurants that play loud music until late at night. It is incredibly noisy and our room was located at the back of the hotel furthest from the road and restaurants. The noise made our stay so stressful and I would never stay here again. It is a pity because the staff is absolutely wonderful and the courtyard is very green and nice. The room is also for this price.”

”Place was dirty, full of mold, no running water I end up moving to another place, no one on site to talk to. No response over the phone, they also charge me $180.00 us, besides of what you have had charge, I would like my money back!!!!”

”The staff was helpful, the room and public areas were clean and well maintained. Great location. Air conditioning did not work. Management did not offer an apology nor did they offer some sort of compensation for our discomfort. My wife has asthma and had a difficult time.”

”Nice and clean hotel with reasonable price. Great location. Breakfast was a low-ball. Went there for the first morning. It was a toast with butter, scambled eggs with ham and coffee/tea/water. I asked for the eggs without meat but they said it was not possible. Not even juice. Didnt bother going there other mornings. Tuesday night the bar right next to the hotel started playin live music at 22:30. We woke up to this, not even earplugs helped it was so loud. Music was played until around 1-2am....
