”Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

”Good”

”We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

”This is a brilliant hotel with excellent service and it has almost anything you can hope for.”

”Yes we enjoyed ”

” Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking”

”This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.”

”Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

”Erityisen ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta! Kaunis, hyvin hoidettu hotelli, ja puutarha-alueet. Hyvä aamupala. Kauniit, siistit huoneet.”

”Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby”

”Siisteys on perustasoa, palvelutaso hyvä, hotellissa on palveluja mm. hieroja, sijainti on hyvä, ranta lähellä. Kannattaa varata Luxury -huone, sillä perustason huoneet ovat aika alkeellisia. Alakerroksissa WIFI toimii erittäin heikosti. Äänekäs ilmastointilaite. Tappelevat koirat herättävät yöllä. Suihkutilat ja hanat alkeellisia ym.”

”Hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla.

”Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff.”

”Pool is small, no chairs in balcony. No cupboard. Bed hight is too low..”

”We did not use the pool but it appeared very clean. The rooms were very clean. Staff were top class and always willing to help. ”

”Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated”

”The only thing about the hotel is the fridge doesn’t work n they keep leaving water everyday. We have stayed here twice but the pool this time wasn’t very clean.”

”This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean ”
