”Todella viihtyisä hotelli. Hyvä sijainti. Kiva ilmapiiri. Alakerrassa lainattavissa pelejä ja kirjoja. Huoneessa kahvivälineet ja päivittäin homemade suklaakeksejä. Erinomainen hinta- laatusuhde. ”

”Although a beautiful and well located property, it is not well set up for people with mobility issues. There was no handicapped parking, and the snow on the veranda was not swept making it slippery and dangerous. There should also be railings in the outside steps, and doors that open with a touch button.”

”Nice accomodation. Sauna included”

”The royal room was very noisy as there is a unit outside window that ran all night and was very loud hard to sleep. Also suggest blackout blinds in both rooms.”

”The room was very clean and spacious. The spa area was convenient and very nice.”

”We have no complaints, staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was exactly what we expected, we enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was excellent, large selection and variety. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Pocaterra.”

”Very clean room and friendly staff.”

”The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

”We had a wonderful stay!”

”Great location, right downtown so it is walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants . Room was clean but each night we were woken up by a leaking shower that was quite noisy. Additionally, we tried using the hot tub and it was not hot.”

”I will definitely be coming back. Home away from home. what more can I say. Just wish I stayed a little longer”

”Was a comfortable stay”

”Every thing we needed”

”This hotel was amazing! The staff were kind, the check in and out was easy, we had an overhead carrier on the car and felt safe with it overnight, parking was only $10 a night, and the hot tub was wonderful! The resort had an overall white and peaceful vibe to it!”
