”Nice property and convenient location”

”To be honest the room I had the (Chinook) was horrible . The mattress was those spring types , and not firm . Ended up with back pain . The lights at the entrance inside didn’t have the globes covered . The fire place wasn’t working . The AC is those types that are fitted on the walls and it made so much noise to run it . One thing I enjoyed was the hot tub . Other than that everything looked so old and the heardboard for the bed is an old vintage style . I would not recommend this property...

”The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless”

”Loved the property. Good value for the area. Only things to watch out for are the elevators. They close on you. Our stroller got stuck, couldn't push the doors open. I have to climb over the stroller and into the elevator to push the open door button. Luckily our kid was IN the stroller and didn't get crushed. If she had just been in the way of the door, it would have severely hurt her. This happened multiple times, it was not just a one off. Super unsafe, just be aware they close fast. Second,...

”Expedia price and property site did not add up, we ended up paying more somehow. The cabins are very dated but we could see the property managers working heard to do upgrades. I slept on the couch. The shower was a stand up, it was very small. For me the value did not equal the experience but it is location, location, location. Banff and Canmore are not my favorite Alberta destinations.”

”Loved the daily free breakfast, the nightly s’mores, the staff were always very nice and helpful , full set of board games and great hot tubs! Location was nice because a little less chaotic away from downtown banff but only a 10 min walk to downtown.”

”The location of Brewster Mountain Lodge is perfect! Right in the middle of the downtown activity. We did use their underground parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but the hike to find the Breakfast Nook took forever. If you have any walking issues, this will be a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
