”Love that you can fully check in online, and not have to mess with keys, remembering keys when you leave, etc. Booked the dog friendly room, and my dog was fully comfortable and happy. Was a little weird that there's no closet or rack to hang up any clothes though. Great location on Canmore's main street, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our one negative is that the hot tub was not open, as that is a big part of why we booked this hotel. It would have been nice to...

”Waited in the car for an hour after checking inn online. They want you to check inn online even if you are physically present in front of them !!! Rude & arrogant staff specially towards brown people. Will definitely never book them again in my life. They don’t even know the C of customer service.”

”Older hotel but well kept. Bathroom was tight be adequate for our short stay. Handy location. Hotel backs onto main train track but we weren’t bothered as we were on the mountain view side.”

”They make it clear up front that this is a "party hostel" there will be noise, there will be bunk beds, there will be slippers so we don't muck up the floors. My bed had a privacy curtain so I could look at my phone without disturbing others. There is a kitchen you can use. Right in the core of Canmore. My sleep was lousy.”

”The room was clean, the kitchen was usable, the bathroom and bedrooms are fine. It was an old hotel so we’re not expecting much but the smell of the room has a very strong smoke(cigarette) smell/scent to it. They have placed a lot of no smoking sign all over the room so I don’t know why the room still has a strong smokey scent. Anyway, it’s nice that the hotel has a playground and a hot tub so that’s a plus and walking distance to restaurants which is great. ”
