”Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

”The room was so hot the ac didnt keep the room cold had a ton of ants in our room on the 8th floor th the fire alarm kept going off during the night and there was no one there in the middle of the night to fix it and it went off again the next night the double bed room included a couch bed which no adult can sleep on and not wake up needing a chiropractor will not be returning the views were nice though”

”Rooms were very dated for the price we paid. Rooms were also not very clean. My son found someone’s fake fingernail on the floor next to the bed. Hallways smelled musty but very cool compared to the inside of our room which had trouble keeping cool. Pools are very nice and restaurants are good. Time and energy have gone into keeping the grounds wonderful and picturesque, BUT the rooms were a huge disappointment. It ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done.
The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-)
In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...
