”They put us in a room across from the customer laundry. The door slammed to that room at least 200 times from 4:30 pm and up to around midnight. The walls are so thin whoever was above us stomped around into the wee hours of the morning. We thought it was construction going on outside. If we stay here again it wont be in that room!!!!”

”We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door. ”Parking lot well lite. The rooms are always super clean. The staff is very helpful. My parents traveled with me and were having trouble with the TV. The manager came in and took care of the situation quickly. The air conditioner keeps the room as cool or warm as you need it to be.
