”Das Meeresrauschen war vom Zimmer aus zu hören und das gesamte Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Die schönste und besonderste Unterkunft unserer Cornwall Reise. Man fühlt sich wie daheim und es ist alles sauber gewesen. Es wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Man teilt sich die Küche bzw das ganze Haus mit Shelley und ihrem süßen Hund. Parken ging ohne Probleme vor der Tür. Das Community Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen: Müsli, Scones, frische Croissants, Obst, … Im Bad bräuchte es...

”The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. ”

”We've stayed at the Greenbank multiple times over the past couple of years so I feel like I can give a fair review of a typical experience. The staff are an absolute highlight: always friendly, polite and professional, from the desk staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are generously sized and equipped with everything you might need for a standard stay, plus a few nice extras. I particularly appreciate the wonderful smelling toiletries...

”Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.”
