”Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!”

”Spacious room, staff great and helpful as always”

”Nice clean new rooms with stunning view over Tokio from comfy beds. Great location, everything in walkable distance within Shinjuku. Basic reception area and check-in experience. Nice staff!”

”Location not ideal”

”Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. ”

”Great value and awesome location!”

”Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.”

”Very nice clean place and very handy location”

”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing. Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well. There is no breakfast, But there is nice places nearby. And room service. And karaoke. Cleaning of room was...

”Loistava sijainti ja ylipäätään toimiva kokonaisuus. Vahva suositus Tokioon matkaajille!”

”Very big room for Tokyo, very nice bath and Sauna and all of the other facilities. Everything worked very well. However, bed was way too hard for my taste and harder than other places in Tokyo. ”

”Room was big and clean, toilet and shower were amazing! Free wine, whisky and samples of different products! Amazing hotel and very nice staff. Area is a night life area so be prepared for a bit of lights and colour!”

”Perus hotelli, sijainti hyvä jos haluat käydä juhlimassa.”

”Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!”
