”Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!”

”Spacious room, staff great and helpful as always”

”Good location, friendly staff. Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room. Some good eating options close by, One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but...

”Nice clean new rooms with stunning view over Tokio from comfy beds. Great location, everything in walkable distance within Shinjuku. Basic reception area and check-in experience. Nice staff!”

”Location not ideal”

”Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”Loistava sijainti ja ylipäätään toimiva kokonaisuus. Vahva suositus Tokioon matkaajille!”

”Very big room for Tokyo, very nice bath and Sauna and all of the other facilities. Everything worked very well. However, bed was way too hard for my taste and harder than other places in Tokyo. ”

”Monipuolinen aamupala, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lyhyt matka asemalle tai ostoksille - sijainti erinomainen. Hanedasta Limousine Bus suoraan hotellin ovelle.”

”Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!”

”Room was big and clean, toilet and shower were amazing! Free wine, whisky and samples of different products! Amazing hotel and very nice staff. Area is a night life area so be prepared for a bit of lights and colour!”

”Kaikki oli todella hyvin hoidettu.”

”Tuttu ja turvallinen jo monen vuoden takaa. ”

”Perus hotelli, sijainti hyvä jos haluat käydä juhlimassa.”

”In heart of Shinjuku. Friendly staff. Trains made a bit of noice but this ended at night. Great restaurants.”
