”Clerk tried to rent me a double queen room when my reservation clearly stated 1 King bed. She reluctantly rented me a King room after I showed her my reservation.”

”This hotel is awful, way overpriced, filthy and I’ll never stay there again! Floors were dirty, drains hardly worked, there was a cherry Christmas tree smelly that normal people put in their car hanging on the shut off valve of the bathroom sink, no a/c or heat, blankets had holes in them, shower was 1/2 broke, remotes to tv didn’t work, the list could go on.”

”Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.”

”Our room was in the back and very quiet. The office staff was VERY polite and kind. We arrived quite late and left early the next morning. The hotel is not new, so shows some wear and tear and my socks picked up a fair bit of dirt, but it didn't seem unclean. The beds were comfortable.”
