”We didn’t love our stay. The shower had hair all over the walls and the toilet was not working properly. The beds also don’t have standard pillows, rather some short square pillows. While there were quite a few pillows on the bed. It just wasn’t your standard therefore not comfortable. ”

”It was all beautiful and comfortable! The staff was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice touch. ”

”This hotel is ultra modern, with buttons galore for controlling everything from the shades, to the toilet. (Yes, it’s electronic.). I’m very tech savvy so this wasn’t daunting. The problem is that some of the tech was broken. Lights didn’t work in the first bathroom, so we had to relocate rooms. Then the TV remote was completely inoperable (no batteries?) in the second room. That’s too bad, as it took away from what could have otherwise been a premium experience. ”

”The parking lot is all potholes. 2 of the 3 elevators don't work and the gym was falling apart and dirty. ”

”My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,”

”not sure if there was an event but the lobby had food sprawled out all over the floor and the staff charged me a early check in fee when someone showed up right after me and was not charged for a early check in ”
