”Overall quite good. The only things that were a bit of a problem were the size of the shower and the two single beds that form the queen bed. The shower was less than 1m² and the door was quite small. The way the bed was two smaller ones joined together was a bit annoying as it's uncomfortable to lay where the join is. ”

”The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). As well I was probably able to find the bathroom and see there was a bath. A compendium would be more appropriate to...

”Pros: The retreat room is small but it is cleverly designed to suit your needs and comfort. There are hiking tracks suit all levels and ages, even suitable for wheelchairs. Fantastic mountain view from the room, a lot wildlife, clean air, friendly helpful staff.... Cons: food is expensive. Retreat room doesn't have cooking facilities. ”
