”We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Grimsborgir! The rooms were spotless and very roomy. The hot-tub was also a great addition and lovely to be able to use it in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (both the included breakfast and paid dinner) was amazing with lots of options. The location was excellent in a nice quiet part of Selfoss. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights from our room!!”

”Şehrin kalabalığından kaçmak için harika bir yer. Sessiz ve sakin bir ortamda yer alan kulübe oldukça temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı, çarşaflar ve battaniyeler tertemiz ve güzel kokuyordu. Mutfak küçük ama kahvaltı hazırlamak için yeterli. Akşam yemeği için kulübenin hemen yanında bir barbekü alanı var, biz kullandık ve çok keyifli oldu. Kulübenin kendine ait otoparkı bulunuyor. Ayrıca elektrikli aracınız varsa şarj edebileceğiniz bir ünite de mevcut. Yalıtımı oldukça iyi. Kışın konaklamamıza...

”I could not recommend this place more! It's such an amazing feeling to be out in the nature in the hot tub, star gazing, finishing the evening in the sauna. The only regret is not booking it for more nights! 10/10”

”The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub, which was a bit disappointing. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again and highly recommend to others.”

”Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts.”
