”I stayed for 3 nights in May’24 in Premium s\c Apartment and it was a comfortable and issue free stay. Reception team were courteous, friendly and helpful. Concierge Henry👏 is the link for anything & everything else locally that the hotel doesn’t provide. The facilities are good with a mini gym next to bar\restaurant (not ideal when u want some privacy), an inviting pool and chill out zone, all within a gated compound with 24/7 security, and restaurant offering breakfast / lunch / dinner menus...

”Booking with you was useless because I got to the facility and they were not expecting me. All rooms were booked, leaving an unused room that was all dusty with a dirty bathroom. I couldn't return because of the distance, the bad road, and the fact that it was late. This issue must be addressed.”
