”I would have given full 5 stars but i paid extra for a room with a balcony and was given a wheelchair access room on the first floor with view of the parking lot, no balcony...was pretty disappointing but we made the most of it anyway!”

”The breakfast was amazing. The pool did have some toilet paper in it in the evening but was cleaned out the next morning and the kids enjoyed the pool after for the rest of the day. As well as me. The hot tub was amazing, and we used the grill too. The cabanas could use a little cleaning on the seats, but still comfy. Room was immaculate.. but we did find a dirty used spoon in my fridge. But overall I’d book there again. Staff was amazing and accommodating ”

”We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! ”
