”Beautiful villa. It does say 8 mins from the beach, yes if you on a zip wire!, 10-15 mins in the car to be more truthful, also the property is high up on the side of a mountain so you will need a hire car. Saturday and Sunday were the quietest days as there was constant loud noise from building work through the week. The pictures of the Villa don’t show the building site next door, a bit of an eye sore from the balcony. The pool is lovely and well maintained. All in all we loved our 10 night...

”Spent a lovely sunny week here with family (mom, dad, two kids and grandma). The house was clean, pretty and well kept. The yard was beautiful and the pool just great. The only problem were the dangerously slippery (when wet) tiles around the pool. Other than the occasional smell of sewer in the bathrooms, everything in the house was just fine. ”Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Terrasse mit Pool und dem Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und den Atlantik sind wirklich fantastisch. Genau das richtige zum Entspannen. Und mit einem Leihwagen kann man die weitere Insel erkunden. In diesem Bereich stehen nur kleine Häuser und keine sechsstöckigen Hotelgebäude. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.”

”Data in other reviewes was quite accurate and I knew what to expect. House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was recently renowated I think and applineces were newer used since water tabs of washers were closed and it took some time to find them behind furniture, but now they are open so you do not need to worry about it. Anyways I would consider renting this house again.”

”Location is perfect and house is suitable for four couples. Air conditioning needs upgrading, two out of four devices were not functioning properly. Dishwasher is a bit old too, you can not tell the right program because the signs are worn off partly. I had to clean the shower heads off the dishwasher before they started to rotate. Filters of the air conditioners were very dirty and had to be washed. So, all in all, the age of the appliances shows. Otherwise I recommend the house wholeheartedly.”

”We were 10 people aged from 75 to 4. The house was big with five bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. There even is a house elevator. Some of the beds were not the best, quite hard as Spanish beds often are and one was very unstable. A lot of equipment in the kitchen. Many sunbeds meant no fight for them, and a very big outside table with enough chairs for all of us. The pool was warm and big, our kids loved it. Close to the beach and to lots of restaurants. A small supermarket is 5 minutes...

Der kleine, private Sandstrand beim Abama Hotel erreicht man zu Fuss innert 25 Minuten, der Flughafen ist 30 Minuten entfernt und die Attraktionen bei Adeje (Siam Park und Ähnliches) sind innert 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.”

”Great service in this resort very close to the sea. The apartment is comfortable with comfy bed and surprisingly good sofa-bed also. The swimming pool is quite small, but next door is a restaurant area with plenty of choices to eat in and also three sports bars to watch the games in.”
