”I didn’t go to the bar but the room was excellent ”

”We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....

”The Hotel in general was ok. Did expect more. Staff was rude and got bothered every time we ask questions. Specially the older ones. The younger ladies were more friendly and nicer. Ones you enter the hallways they stink wierd. We stayed frim Fruday to Monday and none of yhe days we had clean service. If we need it towels, it was $2 extra per day. Which is not bad, if hotel was cleaner and with better costumer service. ”

”Very average property. The room was Berry spacious and clean, but shabby and outdated. The couch cushions were frayed on the edges with string hanging out. Dents in the wall and loads of stuff on the built ins and furniture. Cigarette hole in the outdoor cushions and butts everywhere. Breakfast was quite good and very efficient. Great location for the airport and ball fields. Very quiet and extremely safe area. Too bad Hyatt isn’t maintaining this property correctly. You can get better for your...

”No hangers in the room. I almost fell in the slippery tub when taking a shower. Smelled like pot everywhere. Garbage and cigarette butts all over outside. Some guy hollering and swearing for over an hour at 2 in the morning. ”

”Rooms need a slight update and maybe a second look over but it was decent for the one night we stayed. ”

”***WARNING*** Photos online are deceiving. Not as advertised. Photos are from multiple years ago. The hotel is run down. Rooms are full of cockroaches. When we checked in there was old popcorn all over the floor and someone's old hard candy open and stuck to the floor. all the furniture is stained. multiple dead bugs in room as well as cockroaches climbing around. Could not have been further away from what was described. I wouldn't feel save staying here with only adults let alone a family. ...

”This property has recently been completely remodeled. Everything is new, clean, and fresh. It is conveniently located to almost everything you would want to do. It is minutes from downtown Gilbert, which has awesome dinning and entertainment options. The spring training facilities for the A's and Cubs are a short drive from the hotel. Local attractions like the Reparian Preserve at The Water Ranch, a 110-acre natural area featuring seven ponds, hiking trails, and a dinosaur-bone dig site....
