A beautiful 60-square-meter apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the mezzanine level of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).

The apartment features a wonderful veranda and offers breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding area of Golfo Aranci.

The area is well-served by all major amenities: bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.



The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a veranda with a sea view.



The space

The60-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance is located on the mezzanine level of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, 55-inch TV, and access to the veranda;

- BEDROOM I with two single beds that can be joined, a closet, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, dresser, split A/C, and access to the veranda;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with two armchairs, a small sofa, two lounge chairs, and a dining table;

- COURTYARD with a small table, chairs, and lounge chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Cribs and children’s beds available upon request and subject to availability.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step on the veranda and in the courtyard.

Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city; instead, door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 150.00 euros being charged to the guest.

7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.

Golfo Aranci is a charming coastal town located in northeastern Sardinia. Known for its crystal-clear waters and white-sand beaches, this town offers a peaceful and picturesque setting. Among its main attractions are its numerous beaches, such as Cala Moresca and Spiaggia Bianca, which are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The Golfo Aranci boardwalk is perfect for strolling, with breathtaking views of the sea. Capo Figari, with its nature trails, offers scenic hikes and the chance to spot local wildlife. The town is also known for dolphin sightings and its authentic, relaxing atmosphere.

Getting Around the Area

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi; it’s only a 23-minute ride from the airport (20.5 km). Alternatively, you can rent a car.



- From the train station, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi, which takes about 21 minutes (15.3 km), or by renting a car.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free on-site in the white-lined spaces (NOT GUARANTEED) or for a fee in the blue-lined spaces.
