”We loved our recent stay with my husband and 2 kids at Element Spring Valley! The hotel is lovely. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Room was big and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very accommodating. Special thanks to Bilal and Youdish! Best staff around! Definitely give this hotel a try when ever you are around Nanuet! And stop by Rockland Bakery nearby for a really cool experience, as well! ”

"The hotel is conveniently situated very near the bus station and near several subway stops. It's also within walking distance of Amtrak. You can easily get to various theaters and Times Square.
My room was a bunk bed room at a ridiculously high price. I understand various things affect the pricing of the room, but this was so high, I wouldn't have booked it had I not been desperate. That price for such a small room with, again, bunk beds, was far too high.
That said, there were positives about the room, too. Ample outlets in the room, including USB A and C. It was a nice thought to give both beds their own TV, however, when I turned on my TV, the other turned on also. Waste of electricity to have two TVs on if you only want to watch one, or inconvenient if you and your roomate want to watch different channels.
The view from the large windows was nice, in my case toward the southern end of Manhattan. You could hear traffic even to the 22nd floor, but the hallway and neighboring rooms seemed quiet.
I could consider staying here again, but I would not book a bunk bed room, nor would I pay as much for the room, regardless of its type."

"I arrived after 22pm. Stuff was amazing, they opened the door from distance and told me my floor, room number, bed number + room code very clearly and made me repeat them. Foam is very soft!! It adjusts to your body movement instantly but has structure too.
