”The room and beds were clean, which set a good first impression. Unfortunately, a few maintenance issues made the stay disappointing. The blinds wouldn’t open correctly, the shower drained so slowly that water pooled around my feet, and the TV had visible lines across the screen. While I understand most people come for the beach, the price suggests a higher standard of upkeep. With a few fixes, this could be a much better stay.”

”Everything was great, except for the housekeeping who didnt want to give me extra towels and wash clothes. There was 4 of us in a room we use that set and needed extra. If I pay my money I should be able to get extra towels with no problem.”

”This property just opened. It is amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are cozy. The entire property was clean. The breakfast was fantastic as they had healthy choices. We enjoyed the hotel so much we extended our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. The beach access is within mins. The location is fantastic! It is within mins from Publix and other restaurants. It definitely did not disappoint!”

”Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

”Balcony view of the ocean was beautiful- very close to the ocean. The room needed some maintenance but was clean. Location was great - access to any and everything - walking. Beds were not comfortable but not awful either.”

”The room smelt of strong mildew, and the front door had clothes from the previous occupant strewn across it. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to clean it, but they did not. There is water constantly leaking above your head from the AC units, so everywhere just feels icky. However, they did have this nice patio facing the ocean, which was a great view. Parking was okay. Be very sure before you go there because you may not like what you get considering how much you paid.”

”The facility is in need of serious maintenance. The front door lock required us to be extra careful that it latched. The bathroom door lock didn't catch. The bathroom door itself was falling apart. All beds and mattresses seemed decades old, well past their useful life, and overdue for replacement. Sorry, not much positive to say about the property. The only great thing is location. Right on the beach, and you can walk to it. It is at a not-so-busy part of the town, which is an extra bonus.”
